(Approximate drive time to Davis Frame from exit 12 will be at least 45 minutes)
Take Exit 12. Follow Route 11 through Sunapee, Newport, and Claremont. In Claremont (starting at the Home Depot Plaza), go straight through 10 lights (lights, in order: 1) Home Depot, 2) Laundryland (lights not operating at this time), 3) K-Mart, 4) Market Basket, 5) Pizza Hut, 6) BJ Brickers/Claremont Plaza, 7) Wal-Mart, 8) Rite Aid/Sunoco, 9) North Street, 10) Water Street). Be in right lane, take a right to follow sign TO Routes 11 - 12 and 103. At the rotary bear left, travel 3/4 around rotary, to Pleasant Street (E&D Footwear on the right hand side) following the sign to South Route 12 and To 11 West to Charlestown. |

Go straight through traffic light at Mobil (on Pleasant Street). Continue straight, follow signs to Route 11 (pass cemetery on right). At next set of lights, go straight continuing onto Charlestown Road / Routes 11 & 12. Go for 1.6 miles, (passing Dunkin Donuts / Citgo on your left), and take right onto Grissom Lane, go over railroad tracks. Go to the end. Take left at stop sign; Davis Frame is 1/4 mile on right, 513 River Road.
Heading South on 91
(Approximate drive time to Davis Frame from Exit 8 is 15-20 minutes)
Take Exit 8, Ascutney, Vermont exit; take left off ramp. Go straight at stop light and then across bridge into New Hampshire. Take right at first light onto Route 12A South (also called River Road). Davis Frame is 4.3 miles on right, 513 River Road.
Heading North on 91
(Approximate drive time to Davis Frame from Exit 8 is 15-20 minutes)
Take Exit 7, Springfield, Vermont exit. Stay to the left off the exit ramp. Take a left off the exit ramp on to Route 11 toward the Connecticut River. Go over the Connecticut River on the iron bridge into Charlestown, New Hampshire.
Just after bridge, take an immediate left onto Lovers' Lane. Go to the end of Lover's Lane (1 mile) and take a left onto Rt. 11/12 north. Go 3 miles on Route 11/12 to a left onto Route 12A (River Road). Davis Frame is approximately 3 miles on left, 513 River Road (Route 12A).
From Western Massachusetts
Take Route 7 North from Bennington, VT to Manchester, VT. From Manchester, take Route 11 East to Springfield, VT. Go through Springfield on Route 11. Go under Route I-91 and go across the iron bridge (Connecticut River) to New Hampshire.
Just after bridge, take an immediate left onto Lovers' Lane. Go to the end of Lover's Lane (1 mile) and take a left onto Rt. 11/12 north. Go 3 miles on Route 11/12 to a left onto Route 12A (River Road). Davis Frame is approximately 3 miles on left, 513 River Road (Route 12A). | |
