Welcome to our timber frame sales center -- a 2,500 square foot Douglas Fir timber frame house designed and built to feature different timber framing systems and quality products we offer to complement your timber frame home. If you are looking to build a manufactured home, you've come to the right place! Timber frame construction, sometimes called post and beam, is a building method that has been around for centuries and is putting a new twist on modern manufactured housing.

The timber frame system in our Sales Center model home allows for an open floor plan and includes a Ridge Beam Common Rafter system and a King Post bent at the loft. This custom home design features a dramatic Great Room with a Hammer Beam bent and a gable wall of windows highlighting a decorative Queens post bent.
