What are eSIPS? 

A division of timber frame home manufacturer Davis Frame Company, the Energy Smart Insulated Panel System® (eSIPS) is a panelized wall and roof system made up of conventional framing lumber and closed cell spray foam insulation. Panelized homes are often confused with modular home building; modular homes typically ship in a few large "box-like" sections. Our eSIPS products ships in panel sections, this allows our product to offer more flexibility in design and it is installed by your builder on site.

By using our panelized home system, we can pre-assemble the insulated wall and roof panels in a controlled environment to provide you with a weather tight shell kit for your new home. Each eSIPS home is designed in a 3D CAD program that allows us to plan out all aspects of the structure before arriving to your site. By utilizing our computerized drafting and manufacturing equipment, we can guarantee accurate assemblies the first time. In addition to saving on-site labor costs and time, we can significantly reduce on-site waste removal costs while eliminating costly material overruns and delays caused by weather and material shortages.
