 Paul Patterson, owner of Deerfield Design, represents Davis Frame timber frame homes in Central Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Paul got his start in timber frame home design as a part-time draftsman while studying for his Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture. He chose to stay with residential design specializing in post and beam and timber frame construction. Paul worked with many well known timber frame manufacturers before he launched his own design company.
Paul represented Davis Frame Company from 1990 until 1998 as a full time design and sales consultant before going out on his own. Many of the timber frame homes he designed and built are still displayed in the company's literature and website. As an Independent Representative for Davis Frame Co., Paul offers his customers the quality and attention to detail that Davis Frame is known for and it is something that had been missing in his work with some other timber frame manufacturers.
One of Paul's most well known designs with Davis Timber Frame was a client's timber frame home built in Connecticut that we call the French Country. Paul worked closely on this project aiding with the design of this unique custom timber frame home. This home stands for the quality and detail that Davis Frame provides and even is showcased on the cover of the Davis Frame Company brochure.
