Bay Colony Timber Frame is the combination of Steve Petty, Jason Hammer and Sam Sherman. They represent Davis Frame Timber Frame Homes in Eastern Massachusetts, including Boston, the north and  south shores, Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

 About Steve:
Steve has been in the building industry since the 1970's. After years of being an acquaintance of Jeff Davis, Steve became Davis Frame Company's Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod timber frame Independent Representative. Over the past 15 years, Steve has managed over 40 Davis Timber Frame projects.
Steve's well-rounded construction background includes constructing timber frame homes, post and beam homes, barn and panelized homes. He is also a talented designer and works with his clients on hand sketches. Steve's clients appreciate his professionalism, enthusiasm and patience in helping them design the timber frame home that fits their needs.  About Jason:
Jason started Caddis Construction, a residential construction company in Colorado over a decade ago. Caddis Construction made a cross country trek and brought Jason's exceptional building values and principles to Gloucester, Massachusetts. A few years ago, Jason met Steve while building a couple of Davis Frame Homes for Steve's clients. Jason came on as a field representative for Bay Colony Timber Frames this year. He is passionate about building and works closely with his clients to ensure they receive the results they desire, from the foundation to the finish work.
About Sam:
Sam, owner of Sam Sherman Associates on Martha's Vineyard has been a home designer for over 30 years. Sam first worked as a carpenter for many years doing general contracting before being hired by a local architect. After working for a local architect doing design, Sam decided to open his own design firm. Sam and Steve have worked together on several projects over the years and Bay Colony Timber Frame is happy to have Sam help Davis Frame clients on Martha's Vineyard.
