Jack Costantino, President
Timber Frames Unlimited, LLC
Jack’s 50 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter builder combined with his educational background in architecture, engineering and design form an effective synergy for his extensive client family. On June 29th, 1959 at age 17 he began a 10 year mentoring/apprentice relationship with 2nd generation craftsman Frank Krause in Staten Island, NY. Their relationship remained close until Frank’s recent passing in his 90’s. This early experience with such a dedicated professional pays dividends to this day.
In 1973, during the gas crisis, Jack returned to school to study passive solar and alternative energy design leading to the construction of earth bermed, passive solar and geo-thermally assisted homes from Vermont to Mississippi. In his usual way, always interested in change and growth, Jack has traveled the USA, China and Japan studying and meeting the wonderful old world craftsmen who design, fabricate and erect custom timber frame, sustainable energy homes. Jack is an advocate and public speaker for Green Building, a member of the USGBC, a member of the Board of Editors for the USGBC-NJ Newsletter, GreenRadio.Com, Timber Framers Guild, a Committee Member with the Timber Frame Business Council and an advocate for the Sustainable Jersey Initiative and Eco-Literacy in early education.
Jack and his team represent Davis Timber Frame Company in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region. With their six children, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild, life is full. Jack and his long time life-partner and wife Evelyn are enjoying it all more than ever.
Check out Timber Frames Unlimited's latest project, a private timber frame art gallery in New Jersey. This is an addition to the homeowner's existing home and will be used to display his private art collection.

Meet Drew and Jessica Skelton, Field Managers for the Timber Frames Unlimited team. Drew and Jessica assist our timber frame clients in southern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. He and his wife Jessica, live in Montgomery County, PA. Originally clients of Davis Frame Company, their first hand experience in the design and acquisition process is invaluable. They understand that the construction of a new timber frame home can be exciting and complex. Also, Drew can help you from building permits to finding qualified contractors. After two years of study, their real time knowledge uniquely qualifies them to guide you through your project and ensure you have a great experience and successful design outcome.
The Skeltons are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy sailing, scuba diving, skiing and running. 
These natural pursuits reinforce their belief in the importance of eco-friendly building and energy conservation. Their beautiful Davis Timber Frame / SIP home reflects these ideals and will for generations to come. It's their permanent contribution and legacy for a beautiful way to live as well as the health of our planet.
Drew and Jessica are dedicated, long time worker-bees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; raising thousands of dollars annually in special athletic events. Their timber frame home will be their demonstration model for educating others interested in this traditional approach to durable, energy efficient and beautiful living.

Jim Vogt, Field Manager
Meet Jim Vogt, Field Manager for the Timber Frames Unlimited team. Jim assists our Timber Frame clients in northern New Jersey, northeastern Pennsylvania, and lower upstate New York.
It’s easy to recognize Jim's passion for sustainable design along with his down-to-earth philosophy regarding our natural resources. Jim and Sheree raised their family in beautiful Sussex County, New Jersey. The Vogt's are currently designing their own Davis Timber Frame Home that will be built in Sussex County. They understand first hand what it is like to go through the new home planning process.
Jim's extensive career and knowledge of land use as a Real Estate professional also offers our clients a pragmatic, step-by-step approach to navigating the maze of land use regulations as well as township and municipal mandates. As this process unfolds, his clients will experience a resource who understands that a home must blend, fit, and ultimately compliment its surroundings.
Living in ‘bear country’ has brought an ever-increasing appreciation of the four season splendor northwestern New Jersey embodies while playing an integral role in continually refining Jimmy’s expertise in Timber Frame design.
